1. Who we are and what this covers

Playfinity Games ("PF Games", "we", "us") is an independent game studio registered in Türkiye. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

This policy applies to:

• our websites, playfinitygames.com and pfgames.io;
• the games we publish and the online services behind them;
• correspondence with us — press, business, recruitment and support email.

A game may collect things this company-level policy does not describe, so each title publishes its own notice. For Zooyale, that notice is at zooyale.com/privacy, with the Turkish KVKK disclosure at zooyale.com/kvkk. Where a title's own notice is more specific, it governs that title.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details you create in a game — username, avatar, in-game preferences and progress.
• Contact details when you email us, apply for a job, request press material or ask for support.
• Anything you choose to send us — feedback, bug reports, screenshots, questions.

Information we receive automatically

• Device and technical data — device model, operating system, language, and identifiers such as an advertising ID where the platform provides one.
• IP address, which also gives an approximate (city or country level) location. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a game asks you for that permission explicitly.
• Usage and gameplay data — matches played, progression, crashes, performance and errors.

Purchases

Our games are distributed through the App Store and Google Play, and all payments are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card number. What we receive is a record that a purchase happened — the item, the store's transaction identifier, and enough detail to deliver what you bought and to handle a dispute.

3. How we use it

• Running the games — accounts, matchmaking, progression, saves and the online services behind them.
• Delivering purchases and resolving problems with them.
• Support — answering you, and reproducing the bug you reported.
• Improving what we make — understanding which parts of a game are played, where players get stuck, and what crashes.
• Fair play — detecting cheating, abuse and fraud, and enforcing our terms.
• Marketing our own games, including measuring whether an ad campaign worked.
• Legal obligations — tax, accounting and responding to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases

Where the GDPR or the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) applies, we rely on:

• Performance of a contract — to give you the game and the account you asked for.
• Legitimate interests — keeping the games working, secure and free of cheating, and improving them.
• Consent — for optional things such as marketing email or personalised advertising, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Legal obligation — where the law requires us to keep or disclose records.

5. When we share information

We share personal information only in these situations:

• Service providers who run parts of our services for us — hosting, backend and analytics platforms, crash reporting, customer support tooling. They may use the data only to provide that service to us.
• Platforms and stores — Apple and Google, where you obtained the game and where payment and account linking take place.
• Advertising and measurement partners, where a game uses them and you have given the consent your platform requires.
• Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose, or to protect our rights, our players' safety, or our property.
• A buyer or successor, if the company or a game is sold or merged. We will say so on this page before your information moves under a different policy.

6. This website

playfinitygames.com sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Nothing on these pages profiles you. Fonts are served from this domain, not from a third party, and video is only requested from YouTube after you press play on a trailer — until then, the poster image is served from our own domain.

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser string) for security and troubleshooting. If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first and update this section before we do.

7. How long we keep it

• Account and game data — for as long as the account exists, then deleted or anonymised. Games that offer account deletion do so from inside the game.
• Purchase records — for the period tax and accounting law requires.
• Support and business email — for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to keep a record of it.
• Server logs — a short operational window, then rotated out.

8. Security

We use TLS in transit, access controls on the systems that hold personal information, and keep the number of people who can reach that data small. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but if a breach affects you, we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.

9. Children's privacy

Our games are not directed at children under 13, or under the higher minimum age that applies where you live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age.

Age ratings differ per title and per store — check the listing for the game you are installing. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has given us personal information, write to info@playfinitygames.com and we will delete it.

Because purchases are handled by Apple and Google, their parental controls — Ask to Buy on iOS, family approval on Google Play — apply to every purchase made in our games.

10. International transfers

We are based in Türkiye and use service providers located in other countries, including inside the EU and the United States. When personal information leaves your country we rely on the safeguards the applicable law provides — standard contractual clauses, an adequacy decision, or your explicit consent where KVKK requires it.

11. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it;
• correct it if it is wrong, or complete it if it is missing something;
• delete it;
• restrict or object to how we use it, including profiling for advertising;
• port it to another provider, where that right applies;
• withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

Write to info@playfinitygames.com. We answer within 30 days, and free of charge unless a request is excessive or repetitive. We may need to confirm who you are before we act — we will not hand your data to someone else.

If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to your data protection authority. In Türkiye that is the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK); in the EU or the UK, your national supervisory authority.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices or the law change. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will say so — in the affected game, by email, or here on the site — before it takes effect.
